I recently started getting some short sharp pains in my lower abdomen that has now moved down to pain in my right groin area. I am a cyclist but the pain was evident before I started training hard this year. Still some short sharp pains in abdomen, esp after eating.Groing pain is sort of throbbing. thanks.
