Today is July 4th and it is my start day for getting 60 minutes of exercise in for the next 6 days. I've done it before, I will work to do it again. Today I will exercise on a stationary bike while listening to music or National Public Radio. I might break it up into two 30 minutes sessions, one earlier in the day and one later in the day. First day I will go easy and get used to it.
It's strange to me me because when I exercise I usually like it, so why do I stop? And how do I make sure that I don't stop this time? Well, first, I have to start.
