Today I took my first Indoor Cycling class for 45 minutes. It was great! I loved it.

I've always been intimidated to take the spinning classes because they look so intense and I don't think I could keep up very well. Plus I really enjoy mountain biking and enjoying the outdoors. Have any plans to take a few more classes?

I'm in process of buying a new bicycle (possibly one lighter than my old mountain bike that you know). Want to come bike-shopping with me? :)

Hey. Would love to go bike shopping. Not too sure if I want to buy one yet, but I really like the class so far. Are you selling yours or trading it in?
I used to be a little intimidated too, but the class I went to was on Saturday. It seemed to be a little less crowded than the weekly ones. Also, I got there early to set up and talk to the instructor. As far as intensity, you decide the level/intensity that you are comfortable with. You can have beginners to advanced in the same class. You should try it out. I got a pass for Spring classes, so I definitely will be taking more. I am going to try to take 2 per week.
