Monday Film Fun: Insane urban downhill racing at Valparaiso Cerro Abajo Race

OK, clip sharing is something I usually round the week out with, but I’m still getting back in the grove from Easter weekend and don’t think I could wait to share this insane video I found via BikePortland . This is a first person shot of a downhill racer at the Chilean Valparaiso Cerro Abajo Race. The urban downhill race has been described as “more extreme than skydiving out of an exploding F-18 piloted by Charlie Sheen – while chugging a 2 liter of Mountain Dew.” Just watch it and you’ll be duly impressed.
