Since the start of my son High School summer class carpool on June 17, 2013 my schedule on biking had changes. I usually bike from Decoto to Stanford University (to work) about 16 miles one way. I don't have an option 5 days per week to drive the kids and it will end on July 12, 2013.
I hope there's another parent to drive in the morning atleast twice a week so I can go back riding my bike. It's pretty good exercise especially on the joints and athritis, blood pressure is getting normal too, so I've always looking forward to bike exercise.
I have another option at lunch time 12pm-1pm Tuesday and Thursday for a basketball game at Ford Center, this helps me to to be physically fit. Practice swinging golf on Monday, Wednesday and Friday its a passion.
