La Bicicleta Verde: How Biking Abroad Changed The Way I Travel

The moment: CS Bike Tour (I'm on the far left in blue) From that day forward, I was a different kind of traveler. Santiago was brand new to me and it was as if I'd been given a second chance at a first encounter. I took a couple of maps and set out on weekends by bike, plotting my own routes based on landmarks or interesting sites. My favorite biking adventure was when I circled every green space within six miles of my apartment and ventured out to discover them myself.
