I want to purchase a monitor for cyclist that both monitors heart rrate & blood pressure, is that possible?

I very much want tp purchase a heart rate & blood pressure monitor for cyclist. Both in one  monitor if at all possible.

Do they exsist? Where can I find one? Thank you in advance for your help.
