Do you ride a bike? It is a real fun way to exercise

There is nothing more enjoyable than a nice bike ride. I love to take out my BikeE Recumbent and run around the trails here in Denver. It is a bit cold for it right now, but the warm times are just ahead again and I will be out riding.
Do you ride an upright bike? I used to but now I ride my BikeE and love the comfort. No back pain, no shoulder strain, no loss of circulation in my lower lets due to the skinny torture seat on my old road bike. Yeah, I am a boomer. Betcha knew that huh?
Anyway, I recommend a ride of 10 miles at moderate pace, on trails if you have them (we have tons of them here), and a frequency of every 3 days combined with other exercises around the house or gym.

How often do you ride?
