Advice for recovery
Posted by
Trinka G.
I just started bicycle commuting, 8 miles each way, MWF, and I noticed that on Wednesday my legs were much more fatigued at the beginning of the ride than they were on Monday. What should I be eating/doing to recover from the rides?
