Do u have any ideas on how to have toned and flat abs without injury to the upper and lower back? I am sure u are aware that crunches aren't safe anymore. I'm 53 and am always anti aging on my health well being. All i know is one is lie on back then raise both legs up and raise both shoulders and head off the mat at the same time.
