Having Trouble Remembering to Eat Your Snacks?

ME TOO!  My stomach now lets me know because I have been following the 24-Day Challenge.  Need some help?  Go to WellTools on the tops of your page and go to Wellphone and you can set up text reminders for FREE to be sent your phone.  My say "Eat Snack" or "ABCD" which means a fter b reakfast c omes d inner, which reminds me to get dinner planned in the morning for my family.


Wellphone is a great way to remind you to EAT your snacks!
