there are two factors in answering your question.
The first is how you are caring for yourself during the healing. If you are skimping on sleep and eating fast food, while drinking sugary, caffeinated beverages, those things do not at all help the body to heal. In fact they make recovery time longer! So that segment of answer depends on you.
The second factor is how sound you wish to be when returning to the sport. Having just spent time in a cast I personally feel a few additional weeks of rest are worth it in the long term to make sure you're never in a cast again. It is, to ay the least, very inconvenient. You can eagerly rush back to participation and you may be fine. But one must consider how one might feel back in a cast due to their careless, rushed return to a very strenuous activity.

Recently,i had a fall while playing basketball.I had a hairline crack and a ligment injury.I've already rested for like 3 weeks and my cast just got off.How long should i rest now again?
