Apparantly according to some new research, yoga exercises appears to have the power to combat Fibromyalgia.
The research came from 53 female Fibromyalgia sufferers who were enrolled on the study.
The women were randomly picked and put into two research groups.
One group took part in an 8 week yoga programme and the second group received just normal medication.
The results revealed that yoga appears to help in combating a number of serious Fibromyalgia symptoms. Including help with pain, fatigue, stiffness, poor sleep, depression, poor memory and anxiety.
