Workplace Ergonomics-10 Easy Tips

Tec_003c1 The average SF Financial District office worker spends at least 8 hours per day at a desk in front of a computer. Then...most of us spend some more time at home...some a lot more time. Because of this, it is very important to use proper ergonomics and take regular micro-breaks. A micro-break is a brief rest period of say 2-3 minutes, every half hour or so. The problem I have found is that most people really don't know much about ergonomics in the workplace...or at home for that matter.  So...I thought I would share some info with you that I think will be useful:
