Why does the middle part of my back hurt..Just a little below my bra.
I was Recently told that I have a tear in my left shoulder, and probally in my right shoulder and will need surgery. All caused by working out at the gym over a year ago. I have already had knee surgery from over exersing. At that I also have arm and shoulder pain but thought it was my fibromalgia causing the arm pain. Now my middle back is extremely in pain, and even hurts when I'm resting. I can hardlt stand to take a shower or do house work. I have had a friend pop my back several times to try and ease pain..and my back is hurting where she use to pop my back....My question is what could be causing the extreme pain and what can be done to relieve the pain.
