I get these pimples under the skin which I call "stress pimples" because they usually never surface just hurt really bad. This time I thought I noticed a white head and so I started working the puss and fluids out. As soon as I did the location of it on my chin caused my lip to become swollen on one side! My lip doesn't hurt it's just annoying, and the pimple is smaller. What did I do? And what can I do to help it heal?
