when i wake up in the mornings my back sides neck are stiff for about 10 minutes.

im a 45 yr old female, not so athletic anymore. i have decent eating habits, not overweight of stressed, no bad posture. I thought it was my mattress so i bought a pretty pricey pillowtop, which seemed to help, maybe it was wishful thinking. i stopped sleeping on my stomach. Now im all out of ideas, please help.
