what should i do for my back an neck pain

dear sir

 i m working in travels agency from last 4 year,

i am suffring from last 2 year of lower back and neck pain,

my blood pressure level remains low ,  and some time i having pain in  sholders,

can you help me,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, plz

Dear Ahsan, there are lots of things you can do for neck and back pain.

- use a back support while sitting at the computer for a long time

- use a support neck pillow at night- one that aligns your head and your neck for sleeping

- do neck stretches and lower back stretches. Having a regular exercise program is also important in preventing chronic pain in the neck or back. Activities such as swimming and yoga can also be beneficial for neck and back pain prevention.

- try different types of treatment. For example: chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, trigger point therapy, traction

-examine your workstation such as the chair that you sit in, the computer screen angle; neck posture and ergonomics play an important role in preventing neck and back pain

- finally, examine your sleep. Are you getting enough sleep at night to recharge your batteries? What about your sleeping positions? If for example, you are sleeping on your stomach, this can lead to neck pain and upper back pain. Any type of awkward sleeping position can be a cause for pain.
