I am 31 years old and I back sugery 2 years ago for a bulging disc. I have been fine until now. I have been is bad pain in the area that the sugery was done. I had an MRI done 3 weeks ago and my Dr said that it looks like I do not have cusion left in that area. I hurts to sit or lay for a long period of time and even roll over. I do not sleep through the night and have trouble getting up and walking. I am also having some pain that comes and goes in my right leg again. what are my options.
Before my back sugery 2 years ago I could not walk or get out of the bed, or even get up to use the rest room. I had to lay flat on my stomach i could not even roll over on to my back because the pain was so sever. I layed in bed for a week and my Dr orderd an MRI, I had that on Tuesday and he read it on wenesday and I was admitted to the hospital that night and had emergency back sugery the next day. when I woke up for my sugery I was laying on my back and had no pain at all.... Why has it come back? I dont recall doing anything to hurt it, and will it get as bad as before? and If left untreated can this cause serious damage to my spine? Is it even fixable.
