I have a small hard lump on my lower back on the right side above the tail bone, sacrum area. I also have a soft lump that is gettiing larger. It is lower down on the tail bone. I do have pain on the right side near these spots. Most of the time there is a pressure feeling. Some times there is sharp stabing pains. I also get burning feelings going up my spine. I am a 33 yr old female.
