What is the remedy for when one feels pain at the back of the head, right arm's capacity to stretch out is limited?

When one feels pain at the back of the head, right arm's muscle moves with limitation and left side of the face hurts, what can that be? What may be the initial  treatment? Just what can we do about it? T.T
