What is the difference between an epidural in the neck and a suprascapular nerve block in the neck?

I have had Suprascapular nerve block, cervical facial joionts injections and trirgger point injections.

They did not help release the pain that I am in with my spine and arm. Now the doctor wants me to have an epidural.

 I want to know the difference between the injections.
