I am a 24-year-old female experiencing lower back pain. When I sit for an extended period of time, my lower back, arms and hands feel like they are floating in space, disconnected from my body. If i touch my hands, arms and back they are not numb. Later, I experience pain my lower back whis feels like it is relieved when I stretch. Could the strange feeling be caused by an injury or compression?
