There are lots of things that you can do at home naturally for neck and back pain. Here are a few suggestions.
1. Do simple neck and back stretches at home. Make sure to hold the stretch for at least 10-15 seconds. Here is a great link for neck stretching exercises-

At work I am always looking down and holding my neck down. Because of this, I am in a lot of pain. What is something that I can do to help. I do not have any health insurance so going to a doctor is not really an option for me right now.
