what do you think this might be and do you think they are related to the same problem or two different problems?

well i have had a severe case of back pain and cannot go for a poop much if at all. I had some blood on the tissue but so far doesn't seem to be i the stool, what may have caused this? I mean the back pain started while i was shovling the driveway and i had gone to wshroom prior to when this all started...
