what do i do, i pulled a neck muscle?

I turned my head, heard a crack, and could not turn my head. It was stuck in the left position. Eventually, i eased it to where i could look forward. At random times, pain will shoot from my neck to my shoulder. I can not look up or to the right. Thank you
