I get a very intense stabbing pain under my left shoulder blade or right at the lower edge of it. It is very painful and causes me to sweat. Sometimes it radiates to the side a little bit. I am 37 smoke and have a strong family History of heart disease.It has been waking me in the middle of the night the last few nights. This pain does not appear to be related to activity or certain motions.
