What could possible cause my back to hurt when I lean down. I am getting a slight curvel of the spine Please explain

The pain in my lower back move from the side to the front under my breast.  When I flex my muscle seen like I get reflef. I have had ultersound and they still do not find the problem.  What should I do?    Even when I lean forward it hurt .  It make me very tired
