
Elsa, are you holding your arm in an upright position for long periods of time. Maybe you are doing some kind of repetetive task that is causing the tingling and weakness. Check your posture during the day and with certain activities.
Also, could be a bulging or herniated disc in the cervical spine. it is best to get an MRI to see what is going on at the disc level. Are you also getting weakness in the upper extremity or pain in the neck?
