What could cause tingling in the face,various areas, leg cramps, muscle fatigue. MS ruled out.

Face has tingling sensations in different area sometimes cheedk, sometimes nose and then to cheek. Also, have leg and arm tingling and cramps along with muscle fatigue. Hands tingle them pound after vacuuming or just going out in cold.
