What are the possible causes of mid back pain with tingling in hands which leads to a dull neck pain and headaches?

Posted by SPoss

I am a woman, aged 44.  In the last few months I've had a few bouts where I'm just standing around and I will get an excruciating pain accross my mid back along the bra line.  I feel short of breath and have a hard time focusing when this happens.  After 1/2 hour - hour I start feeling a bit better but then I'm left with a  dull ache in my left shoulder and neck and headaches on my left side only.  What could be causing this?

in most cases of this type of   history we often forget to check the axioscapular muscle endurance. so in my view there may be weakness in the axioscapular muscle due to which pain starts in the neck region..
