Such kind of people will have greater probability to get back pain.
Sitting in a same position for long time will exert pressure on the back. The alignment may vary even due to lack of exercise which will make the muscles weak. The back experiences different amount of pressure due to different postures. Care must be taken towards maintaining correct shoulder posture. If you keep your shoulders rounded then you will have greater risk of back pain.
Around 50% of women experience lower back pain during pregnancy. For long the pain does not remain. After the delivery of the child it subsides. While measuring the intensity of the back pain height and weight factors are also considered. When compared to shorter ones tall people are more prone to back pain. More pressure on the lower back is exerted if the weight is great.
People suffering from obesity problems will have greater risk of back pain. Exercising regularly is advised because of this reason. If the muscles are stretched sufficiently then they get relaxed and reduces the pain. Slipped disc is another important cause of lower back pain. Discs are structures that give support to the vertebrae. Slip disc occur when people try to lift heavy weights. Complete bed rest is necessary to put back the discs to its original position.
Result of back pain may also be stress and negative mood. You might have tried all possible methods to get rid of the pain but at the end you might have failed. The main reason for this is negative thinking.
Your body will not respond to the methods you follow if you keep telling your mind negative things. So you should always be confidant and think in positive way. The muscles in the upper back are stronger than the lower back muscles. People suffer from lower back pain because of this.
