It's not that easy to eat right when you are glued to a computer terminal for 8-10 hours per day. Then you get home and you are too tired to cook. When you get up in the morning you run out the door and grab something to eat on the way to the office. You try to make good choices based on what you know, but your still can't seem to lose weight. In fact, you keep gaining more. WHAT GIVES? Well, the first thing to get a handle on is "What should I be eating". Should I eat lots of fish and chicken (without the skin). What about milk and cheese for protein ?
