warming and sorenes at the base of my head on the back of my neck on both sides of the spinal cord.

Some pressure in the head from light headaches. I hit the top of my head falling backwards in the pool about three weeks ago. I pressed on the spinal cord yesterday and felt more sore and pressure. The pain lasted for hours.
