under arm numbness and aching left arm

For 2 days i have had underarm numbness that has now spread to my left shoulder blade.its also very itchy..also my left arm feels quite heavy..my partner massaged it but it seems to have made it worst.I tried a hot wate bottle on it but it felt stingy
