TO MEDITATE OR NOT TO MEDITATE

With more and more articles about the benefits of meditation, it does make you realise that it is worth giving it a shot.

Recent studies have even found that it can have an instant painkilling effect.

Apparently, it's the simple act of focusing on your senses that can help to channel your thoughts.

Right, I'm off to bed then to start some focusing.....:)
