Neck pain you are experiencing is caused from neck impingements in the neck region, as called pinched nerves. Your body is under stress, the medicine you are on does have side effects. The best thing you can do is see a Chiropractor. Chiropractic Dr's are specifically trained to remove nerve impingements that can cause a whole list of problems, from muscle soreness, tightness, dizziness etc. All of these symptoms are caused from pinched nerves.
