tingling muscles, neck pain, dizziness

i have neck and back pain, dizziness, headaches, and tingling muscles all over my body? could it be stress or herniated disc? im also on week 8 of nicotine withdrawal. what do you think? should i worry too much, or is this all withdrawal symptoms? can i relieve my neck pain with massage? or physical therapy?
