THE LINK WITH OSTEOPOROSIS/ BACK PAIN AND VITAMIN D...

Osteoporosis is a disorder where the bones lose mass and become weaker. It can cause back pain when the bones of the spine become damaged. Osteoporosis and back pain are a common combination. The problem is that you can't feel your bones getting weaker, and may not know that you have osteoporosis until you break a bone.

Osteoporosis seems to get worse more quickly in people with low levels of Vitamin D in their blood, and low levels of Vitamin D have also been linked with low back pain.

Vitamin D helps to build strong bones. Research has shown its effectiveness in reducing back pain and preventing Osteoporosis. Cider vinegar and other alternative treatments are some of many offered for the treatment of arthritis, but few have been tested in proper trials.
