San Francisco Herniated Disc Center Recommends YouTube For Back Exercises

Posted Jun 02 2009 4:34pm

YouTube is a great source for low intensity back pain exercise videos for the herniated disc patient. Check this one out:

Just type in what you want in their search box. Back pain stretches. Low Back pain exercises. Neck pain exercises. Hand pain exercises, etc.

WARNING: Some patients may be too acute, frail, or deconditioned to perform this exercise. Some may need to use a broom handle, a chair, or the wall for support.  If you are unable to perform this exercise, check www.YouTube.com for floor exercises for back pain.

If you or anyone you know is suffering with chronic back pain and would like to find out if you are a candidate for care at our San Francisco disc pain center, here are your options:

Call: 415-392-2225 and ask for a complimentary consultation or fill out our online information request form and someone will contact you by phone or email.
