San Francisco Disc Herniation Treatment Center teaches patients how to "Fine Tune" their bodies using the principles o

Disc Herniations, Disc Bulges, Disc Degeneration, Spinal Stenosis. Is it possible that to some extent these conditions can be inner extensions of outer circumstances ? What if when we were born we came with an owners manual that told our parents how to take care of our spines, and that our bodies were by design, built to eat plant foods. What if spinal hygiene and maintenance care were taught in schools and the dietary information you learn in school was not provided by the meat and dairy industries ? I saw a news clip last night that said a study was just conducted on children that showed that one can of soda (coke, sprite, pepsi) per day can lead to 15 lbs. of weight gain in a year. Are you kidding me ? Geez, no wonder we are such a sick country. Look around you. For the most part people are out of shape, overweight, have all sorts of medical problems, and...degenerative spinal conditions such as those mentioned above. Of course there are physical traumas that most of us associate with degenerative conditions, but lets be honest here. If you were taking care of yourself (following the owners manual) you would most likely recover from these traumas much better and they would not have become another layer of the onion that led to your current health status. The point I am trying to make here is that YOU have control over your health. When you decide what to put in your mouth for instance, you either adjust your Context in the direction of illness or health. It's the same with every choice you make, from how much you exercise to how much stress you expose yourself to, the music you listen to, everything is part of your Context. I am going to recommend a book here and tell you where to find it. The book is called "Fine Tuning" by Dr. Dean Black. He is a master of explaining these concepts and using scientific data to back them up. I have read all his books. My goal is to teach you how to make the proper adjustments to your Context (lifestyle) so that your spinal regeneration program has the greatest chance for success.
