sacro iliac joint pain and numbness on walking

i am 51 years old male having history of  lumber disc prolapse in 1998. i have pain in back at lumbo sacral joint radiating to both sacroiliac joints since may 08, 2009. when i walk after some time my lumbosacral joint pains which radiates to sacroiliac joints and i cannot walk for more than 20 mins at one go. i cannot sit for more than 40 minutes.
