Research Shows Exercise Keeps The Brain Young

SBU_010C[1] Exercise has many benefits. Not only does exercise help keep the body tone and fit...apparently it does the same for the brain. A Taiwanese research study has shown a remarkable ability of mice to stave off brain cell aging with moderate exercise.

Personally...I don' t need research to know this...it is self evident. But I guess there is no harm done...the mice are better off with the exercise.
