Regarding my spinal problem that I just asked about - maybe it would help if I said that the pain is most prevalent in bed.

Tight pain on my right lumbar region, especially when lying down. Back went out after I coughed when standing.

Slight problem with sciatica on right or left, especially left. 

I walk with a slight limp. Is that also due to problem with back?
