Some years ago after my first cervical surgery the neurosurgeon I was under said the best way I could help my neck was to walk with my head held high and my shoulders back and walk like a Sargent Major. No easy task for me at that time with two little ones I had to keep hold of, as well as carrying all paraphernalia you needed for your young ones.
This is though something that I am going to try out the minute I can get my hands on one and if it helps my upper back and arm pain I will be the first to tell you all to go and and do the same.
