plz explain wot r calcified lymph nodes in the cervical, lumbar and pelvic regions, esp in the case of lumbar spondylosis?

There are multiple calcified densities inthis particular region. Everythingelsr relating to the spine is normal. Plz explain how it can be treated, is it curable, what needs to be avoided and what can be done to maintain a healthy living???
