To start off, let me just say that I think it is my right trapezius.
Symptoms:
Ache in the neck and upper back (right side) while standing
Cannot move my head to the right, up or down without pain
When leaning forward or backward severe pain in the muscle being used in the neck
When lying down it hurts terribly to lift my head off the pillow or to turn on my side
This is a very bad pain that hurts the worst in the morning when I wake up, and eases slightly as the day goes on. I cant think of anything I did to cause this, and it has been happening for the past 6 days straight.
Please help me diagnose this, as I do not have healthcare and cant afford a doctor visit.
