Pain under belly button

I have a very strong pain under my belly button ,I did go to a doctor he give me pills ,but a pain is still coming ,this pain hit me hard ,I can even walk properly ,can you please help me ,I am 31 year old ,I am just get married now and I am trying to get Pregnat,can this have to do with my pain under belly button
