pain in lower left side of back

All day today i have had this pain, and it hurts when i move even the slightest bit. at times i can be completely still and the pain will come and go and last for a split second. a couple of hours ago my entire body started feeling really heavy and weak. Also after drinking a diet soda about an hour ago, I started feeling nauseous. Should I be worried?
