Every night my legs will ache. In addition, if any air is hitting my body I will ache all over. It feels like it is in the bones. I do have back problems and my doctor says that is what causes my legs and feet to hurt. Would a particular type of shoe help my legs and back? Is there any medication that would help this? I take advil (4 per night) but it does nothing. I average 3 hours of sleep a night. 58 yrs. old. I am also on a diet to help my condition (6'2-278). My doctor says I am diabetic but I am no medication.
