numbness and tingling in my right hand, my two left fingers, sometimes goes up my arm

sometimes i get numbness and tingling in my right hand, it also goes cold when the 2 fingers are numbor where its starting to go numb

i also can't wear staps on my sholders for long or a bag for 2 long as it aches my shoulders really bad and goes down my arms and back. it likesomeone is pushing down really hard.

i also have a sharp pain now and then on theleft side of my body near my heart, have had it since comp, 

 i am 24 years old, about 8 1/2 - 9 stone, 5ft 6

lots of questions,never mentioned them to the doctor
